I started this powder coating shop that is now Expectra Powder Coating back in 2010. I have 24 years of paint and powder coating experience and have worked in all aspects of finishing from painting, equipment and quality control.
I married my high school sweetheart and we have been together for 27 years, we have 3 children and 3 grandchildren.

I started in the paint trade at a very young age. My grandfather owned one of the largest painting shops in the Midwest. I always remember spending nights and weekends helping clean the shop, helping my grandfather go thru blueprints and washing vehicles. (always making time for a quick fishing trip) This gave me an understanding of what it takes to be successful on both sides of the business and have a customer first attitude. Once I turned 18 I joined the painters union Local 502 and worked my way through the ranks, even becoming an apprenticeship instructor and the President of LU 502. After 15 years in the painting field I was hired by Johnson Contracting as a Project Manager/ Estimator, also stepping into another facet of the painting world as VP of Expectra Powder Coating.
Angela Noah
Group Lead/Customer Service
Angela has 8 years of experience in the powder coating industry. She started out as a pack-out specialist. Over the years of gaining more knowledge of the business she has taken on the role of Group Lead and Customer Service. Her goal is to make sure that every product that goes out the door is at the highest standard of quality. She enjoys being able to see the look on customer faces when they come back in to pick up the finished product.
Angela enjoys spending time with her husband and 3 amazing kids. During the Spring, Summer, and Fall you will find them at the ballpark most weekends watching their kids play softball and baseball.
