Expectra Powder Coating has been providing personalized, high quality powder coating and wet painting services to Eastern Iowa and Western Illinois for 10 years. Previously known as PCG Powder Coating, we have recently come under new ownership dedicated to the continued service of our customers.
Being a locally owned company, we take pride in our customer service and the quality of our coating jobs. We strive to offer the highest quality at the best price with the quickest turnaround. Our 12,000 sq ft facility in Muscatine, Iowa houses one 420 ft. conveyer flow-through system with a 5 stage phosphate wash and rinse and a 50ft cure oven. In addition, we also have one manual batch line measuring 5’H x 7’W x 20’L to accommodate larger pieces.
These two coating line options allow us to powder coat pieces as large as car frames and long poles. Contact us if you have a unique project to discuss!
